How do I get tickets?
You may purchase tickets to all Cheese classes and Farm Tours right here on the Naked Cow Dairy website.
Tickets are non-refundable and available on a first come, first served basis. Occasionally, someone who has purchased tickets needs to sell them. The best place to watch for those opportunities is on our Facebook page.

May I smoke at the farm?
Sorry, no. Ours is a no smoking farm.
Do you host private events?
Yes. Please contact us for availability as we host a number of Private Tours and packages on our farm throughout the season. Please email email@example.com for further details.
May I purchase some of your cheese at the event?
Please do. We will have a nice selection of our cheeses available for purchase after all events, cheese classes, and tours.
What about parking?
If you are coming for a cheese class, tour or a festival event, as you drive into our property, you’ll see a “parking” sign with arrows directing you where to go. The parking lot is a paved area on the right hand side of the property.

Is there a waitlist for sold out Cheese Classes?
Sorry, no. Because tickets are non-refundable, additional seats rarely become available. Sometimes we are aware of tickets that a guest wishes to sell or transfer so feel free to ask by emailing us, firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll do our best to help out!
Occasionally, someone who purchased tickets needs to sell them. Your best opportunity to find those tickets is on our Facebook page. Feel free to post there about your interest in purchasing tickets, too. To keep your contact information private, consider asking ticket holders to message you on Facebook rather than posting your phone number or email address.
Is a tour of the farm included?
Tours of the farm are generally not included with Cheese Classes, However, your are free to do a self tour of the farm following the cheese classes.

What if it rains?
All cheese classes are held rain or shine in our fully covered commercial kitchen. Parking is a walk so where appropriate shoes. Keep in mind the grounds will most likely be muddy.
Due to muddy conditions, farm tours scheduled on a rainy day are susceptible to cancelation. Keep a look out for an email or phone call from Naked Cow concerning a cancelation. We are happy to reschedule you to a different day in this scenerio.
Under what conditions might an event be canceled?
We may also choose to cancel an event if too few tickets are sold. In either event, we’ll make the decision a few days in advance and notify guests by telephone. Ticketholders may opt to attend a future event or receive a full refund.

What if something happens and I can’t use my tickets?
Though purchased tickets are non-refundable, they are transferable. Feel free to post your ticket availability on our Facebook page.
If you transfer your tickets, please email email@example.com. Please be sure to include the purchaser’s name, quantity of tickets transferred, and contact information so that we may effectively communicate the details of the event.
Do you accept cheese class reservations for large groups?
Because seating is limited to 10-20 people per class, we suggest that, if you have more than 8 people in your party, you contact firstname.lastname@example.org about arranging a private event for you.

What forms of payment do you accept?
All payments must be made online through our website. We only accept PayPal payments at checkout.
What is the price per person and what’s included?
Cheese classes are $75-$99 per person. Farm tours range in prices. All tickets are non-refundable.
What time do events begin?
Cheese classes on farm are from 11am-1pm
Kaka’ako Cheese Classes are from 6pm-8pm
Please arrive by the start times. Give yourself extra time for parking. Kaka’ako parking can be unpredictable.
How many people can attend?
Up to 10 people for on farm cheese classes and up to 2o people for Kaka’ako Cheese Classes. Private Farm Tours are customizable, and can accommodate less or more people if requested. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more info on private tours.
What should I expect at a Cheese Class Event?
Participants will learn the entire hands-on process of making fresh mozzarella from beginning to end, followed by a complemetary wine and cheese tasting of Naked Cows most prized cheeses!
A hands-on experience of making fresh Mozzarella from beginning to end! You will make, and stretch Mozzarella, and then take home your finished product to show off to your friends!
